Phoebe Nephele

Phoebe, female.
“Adult” by community standards / Shrine Quest Competed. Teenager by age.
Goliath with a cloud giant lineage.
Daughter of Atlas Nephele.
Now in her early-to-mid teens, Phoebe has grown up entirely within Atlas’s chaotic world. She has reluctantly become his assistant in the “family business.”

Younger Half-Sister of Eyrun Nephele on Father's side.
- Eyrun had no knowledge of her existence. Born a year after Eyrun left Havenspass, Phoebe resulted from one of Atlas’s fleeting and ill-advised relationships with a local woman (unknown at this time who that was & apparently she doesn't live in Havenspass now) in the town’s underbelly. By the time Phoebe arrived, Eyrun had already severed ties with their father and the family’s shady dealings, leaving Atlas to raise this new daughter alone amid his mounting debts and failing cons.
- She knows she has a half sister, and amusingly met her at the door to the Nephele House, but didn't put together that it was Eyrun and Eyrun didn't give herself away. Later she'd realize that there is a portrait inside the house of Eyrun at a slightly younger age, and realized who she was before their next encounter.

Development

Phoebe Had agreed to go on the Goliath rite of passage for adulthood with Eyrun, but Eyrun didn't show up in time and Phoebe instead left with the AAP who appeared at her door that same morning.
Technically completed her quest to reach the Cloud Giant Shrine, although she exited the mountains by force on account of being kidnapped by the minions of Torralta.
Considered herself an actual friend of Succu, until she found out that Succu was in league with Torralta and the Mons-ophagus. Succu actually took an imposter Phoebe (Fauxbe) to Havenspass to replace her after the kidnapping. She no longer considers Succu a friend as a result.
After being rescued from the minions of Torralta in the Ensorcelled Desert by her own sister Eyrun, Phoebe escaped the Havenspass region by traveling with Eyrun and her companions to Goldvale. She is well aware that back home in Havenspass her imposter self has murdered her father and is running the Nephele family business.
She read Kelthor's Book Of Great Awareness and learned all about Lugo's Purple Potion that is in possession of Jules. She is intrigued.
(False) DEATH - the original timelime
- Died at the Rusty Cave, where her sister Eyrun also died. Murdered at the hands of The Party when it was composed of Jules, Urist, Alimir, Matilda, Vesper & NueNue who were sick of her. This death however did not last.
- Due to the Nephele Timeline Branch Event Phoebe doesn't meet the fate noted above, and instead remains alive in the newly branched timeline. She's loaded with information about the party, absolutely doesn't trust them, and managed to escape from them before any new shenanigans could happen at the start of the timeline event. She very likely has a very negative feelings about the party. Last seen running out of The Card House in Goldvale.
