• Natalie Poivint
• Human, female, 38 years old.
  • Was a wereboar for several months, which has been resolved.
  • She's not sure how she originally got cursed in relation to that. There are pigs on her farm, but that'd be too obvious.
• Lives in Oakenshire.
  • Has lived there all her life.
• Alignment: Neutral
• Mortality: Natalie has nearly died in many ways, some she knows about, and some not. Compared to most NPCs she's had a lot of close calls though. She seems unlucky, or lucky, depending on your perspective.
• Profession: Farmer
  • Local seer Glomein has told Natalie that she should keep a small crop of Bok choy, Gai lan & green onions in her planting rotation to promote good luck & wealth in the future, and also not die! Natalie is superstitious enough to do what the seer says, so these plantings exist.

• Relationship Status: Widowed.
  • Her husband was found in a farm field one afternoon, beheaded, when she was just 32 years old. She's become strong and independent since, and has never had another lover.
  • Her husband, Benison Poivint, was not from Oakenshire. He was originally from Mythburg and had fled south for a new life as a farmer, well before the two were married.

• After the initial rescue by The Party where Natalie meets them, they return again to Oakenshire and show up at her doorstep.
  • Alimir is rude with her.
  • She talks about taking what the seer Glomein says seriously which is why she has Asian themed vegetables. The Party is gifted with some bok choy and happily eats it.

Natalie doesn't know it, but The Party saved her life. It wasn't just that Jules, Urist, Alimir & Eyrun were exploring Krymec's Vault and happened to find themselves teleported overseas to another continent to face a wereboar, which happened to be a transformed Natalie. It wasn't that Eyrun's Cloud Stone Ring manifested the power to cure Natalie of being a wereboar. For truth be told she'd been a wereboar for many months, changing into it somehow out of her control, but she always transitioned back to human form at some point. But this wouldn't have lasted, for that very day The Party fought and then cured her, the monster hunter known as Rine was closing in on her, ready to end her existence.

Rine watched from nearby as The Party had their encounter with Natalie and then went off with her to Oakenshire. Then, knowing the threat was over, he simply walked away. Natalie never even know she was being stalked, nor had she ever officially met Rine. But it could have gone in an entirely different direction had there been no adventurers entering her life at that exact moment.

The Party of Eyrun, Jules, Urist & Alimir had been wandering around mostly Goldvale for quite awhile, making it their base of operations, never straying too far for too long. That is until one day when they came across Krymec's Vault. The Vault having the ability to teleport adventurers directly to the lair of actual monsters sent them to face there wereboar incarnation of Natalie, and after they'd fought and cured her, she dropped a comment that made them realize they were currently standing somewhere not too distant from Havenspass, the home city of both Eyrun & Jules.

The Party voted to not go back through their portal into Krymec's Vault and instead break its spell and stay on this entirely different continent, out of curiosity to see what had become of both Eyrun & Jules' families back home. Natalie then led them to Oakenshire, and from there they wandered the greater Havenspass region for a whole new chapter in their adventures.
