ZuuNek The Paranoid is a beholder crime boss running his operations near Oakenshire. Not much has been revealed about him yet other than he must obviously be paranoid, which is the nature of most beholders. It has also been revealed that he has orcs working for him. His operations are a mystery to The Party as of yet, but a paranoid crime boss living in the same region as Havenspass probably is aware of and actively going to be plotting against Atlas & Stonefist. He also likely needs the H.T. as a route for operations, so that must logically be important to him as well.
