Stonefist is a towering Goliath with prominent hill giant ancestry, standing at an imposing 9½ feet tall — significantly larger and bulkier than most of his kin. His build is powerfully simian: stooped, heavily muscled shoulders, long powerful arms, a low heavy brow, and thick limbs that speak of raw, earth-shaking strength. His ruddy, stone-patterned skin bears the scars of quarry fights, cave-ins, and rock slides. He wears layered crude hides but is generally topless, with a massive great axe usually slung across his back. His voice is a deep, grinding rumble that echoes like shifting boulders.

- Deeply resents Atlas Nephele, viewing him as scheming competition for illicit activities.
- Has an arrangement with the Niflome Moonshiners to supply him with moonshine.
