Caislen Campaign Notes

The H.T., properly called the “Havenspass Trail” is a road that goes straight North/South through the entire Havenspass region, as the only proper road and source for trade caravans to traverse. To the west one can see the Stormhill Mountains, to the east one can see the Cloudfire Mountains and everyone gets a very large dose of The Mistwood while on the road. It is this campaign setting's fantasy knock off of the real world Appalachian Trail (The A.T.). The Southern Terminus of the H.T. is just before Oakenshire, then it runs through Havenspass, ultimately finding the Northern Terminus at Mythburg.

• There is a hiking culture that takes advantage of the H.T., notably students from Mythburg like to partake of trekking it all the way to the Southern Terminus and then back to the Northern Terminus. While traders do this all the time, the students do this as a right of passage, or school break tradition. It also allows for a “Spring Break” like vibe since the H.T. goes through areas that alcohol is allowed.
