- Brother of Quenaer.
Wood Elf, male, 246 years old.
Lives in Oakenshire.
- Moved to Oakenshire from the Havenspass Commune 20 years ago when he felt he no longer needed to watch after his sister.
  - Both of his parents suspiciously fled Havenspass one night, or at least that's what he suspects since they never came home after going for a walk one evening outside the commune gates. Given the criminal element there, anything is possible.
Alignment: Neutral Good.
Tailor: Fabulous with everything related to fabric and style.
- It is rumored both Stonefist & Atlas have sent minions matching their dimensions to get outfits made by Samuel.
- Has a really good connection through his sister the “Goat Queen” for special wools.
Relationship Status: Single.
- He's got a crush, but doesn't think the person would bend like a willow does, the way he does.¹⁾
- Buys a lot of meat from Gristle, but isn't known to eat much meat.
