Grew up with Skip (Can't stand him now) & Ema (once a love interest).

Phil seems to be a fairly proficient alchemist.

Plot & Events

The party was sent by Ema to get a “Potion Of Fertility” from Phil, henceforth known as “Phil's Potion Of Fertility”. There are probably lots of fertility potions out there, and this one is unique.
- Players made it to Phil, who didn't seem like an outright bad guy or anything, and he in turn tasked them with taking the potion to Ema.
- Players were told to tell Ema that “The potion must be mixed with an equal volume of human blood.”
- NOTE: This is a fertility potion created by and for use of a Dark Elf. So why human blood? What happens if non human blood is used? Where exactly is Ema going to get blood? All good questions.
  - Follow up: They totally did NOT tell Ema about the blood part. Even with a very patient DM, raised eyebrows, etc, etc. Oops.
The Party is also putting hopes on Phil for being able to cure Eyrun of her little issue of having an Assassin Vine growing inside of her, which is rather like childbirth if you think about it. Phil has requested the party capture a plant based zombie from the Dense Forest to help him find a solution.
- Follow up: The party was successful in this, brought him Fed The Zombie, and then Urist even let him buy seeds for the zombie's mother plant from the party, leaving Phil with 8 very interesting plant seeds & potentially since no one specified otherwise, a still live captive zombie.
Likely has ongoing issues stemming from a decades old spat with Skip who was once in a love triangle with him over Ema's favor. Phil has labeled Skip as a “Necro Terrorist” and Skip has equally charming comments to say back if anyone should ask.
Note that Phil lives away from the town's of Goldvale's proper boundaries and by contrast Skip lives in the town and has gone so far as to run a crematorium so a necromancer like Phil can't get any spare bodies. It's some spiteful fantasy stuff.
