Colorful, plucky farmyard champions. Chickenfolk may look comical, but their courage and alarm cries make them surprisingly heroic defenders.

• Creature Type: Humanoid
• Size: (average 2.5-3.5 feet tall - see Small Size Rule)
• Speed: 30 feet
• Languages: Common and Sylvan
• Alarm Call: As a reaction when you or an ally within 30 feet is surprised, you can let out a loud crow that ends the surprised condition for everyone in range (once per short or long rest).
• Peck Attack: Your beak is a natural weapon that deals

A small golden egg charm. Once per day, “lay” it on the ground to create an adorable scout chick… but there’s a 30% chance the chick goes berserk and starts pecking everything nearby (harmless but wildly distracting chaos). The chick has 1 single hit point. Once it takes damage, or an hour passes, it turns back into the charm.
