Caislen Campaign Notes

Sucker Lake exists just to the north of Goldvale and contains an island. The Party knows via various conversations and gossip that the lake itself contains vampires somehow and that the island has an artifact on it which is likely The Ring Of Ted as well as some additional troublesome menace that is as of yet undiscovered. They know it is safe to fish at during the daytime, but have been cautioned against going there at night, again, probably due to vampires. They also know The Hermit is working toward eradicating the vampires using goldfish The Party and other misc people have helped acquire that originate from the Goldfish Pond or Goldvale's assorted waterways.

• Nystor is one of the vampires of this lake community, who also appears at The Card House frequently but as a bar patron instead of a menace.
• According to local gossip there is some sort of new vampire that came through Krymec's Vault from elsewhere that is now influencing the vampires at the lake.
