Scry Cameras
Developed by Scry Safety, Scry Cameras are fixed Automated Lingering Person Recorder (ALPR) systems deployed by town guards, Lord Huacan Tang, and businesses to prevent and solve crime. The magically-powered, black orb “cameras” capture personal characteristics & actions to alert law enforcement of any activities that may be perceived as inappropriate.
As sure as seagulls flock in the sky above the port city of Mythburg, the jet black, completely opaque and seemingly non-reflective Scry Cameras orbs can be found mounted high on lamp posts in most major & minor streets, sometimes on buildings, attached to walls, and oddly even on a few carts that seem to circulate on a suspiciously routine route through the city. They all transmit to unknown locations, an unknown amount of data, that can be read on a receiver orb system that has the ability to record and store data.
