Outkast Magics is a run down looking small magic shop in The Cans district of Mythburg. Instead of offering magical wares for sale the proprietor, a likewise “outkast” gnome wizard named Steph-ius attempts to deal with peoples' magical issues. Some things he can handle, some things he can't. This might best be thought of as a repair or fix it style shop for magical issues, where work might be done on location, possibly taking a few days, or Steph-ius might be recruited to go work on something elsewhere. Payment is always asked for up front.

• Urist & Eyrun tried to have the Blue Bag Of Hoarding dispelled here so that it might release their supplies inside of it. Steph-ius was unable to comply after finding out the bag was sentient and above his skill level. He referred them on to Alex, which implies that the two know each other and to be fair they have similar jobs.
• There is obviously a backstory involving being an “outkast” for Steph-ius. If The Party spends any quality time interacting with him they will no doubt uncover it.
