Bourbon Barrel Tavern

Located in Oakenshire.
Owner/Operator: Veronica
Exterior: Cozy two-story log building with a mossy roof, wide front porch, and a hanging sign of a bourbon barrel with a waffle etched on it. No one expects the patrons to be able to read, merely identify symbols.
Detached Warehouse: Where Veronica and a few trusted staff actually produce bourbon.
Interior: Warm, low-beamed ceilings, flickering lantern light, rough oak tables, big stone hearth with pine-log fire. Smells of bourbon, maple, smoke, and fresh waffles.
The Bar: Rows of small barrels behind it filled with Veronica’s signature oak-aged bourbon (smooth, vanilla & toasted notes).
Signature Fare:
- Veronica's House Bourbon (1 gp for a quadruple shot!).
- Legendary waffles – crisp outside, fluffy inside; served sweet with Wood Elf Maple Syrup/Wild Mistberry Preserves. (Also 1gp because as it says, these are legendary.)
Typical Patrons: Local lumberjacks, locals, traders, sometimes students from Mythburg walking the H.T.. Overall quiet but friendly frontier crowd.
