Long time Goldvale resident.

Seems to be able to build whatever the locals need.

Has a history of asking people to move carts of supplies around for his projects.

Does not seem to favor anyone in particular in town and is very work oriented.

Asked the party to retrieve a hammer he'd loaned to Ginger before her death knowing damn well they'd have to deal with a haunted house to retrieve it.

Asked the party to deliver a small packaged to Cole which turned out to be drugs. This might have raised some red flags.
