A Levelcus is a magical device(item) which looks like a lucky rabbit's foot dangling from a necklace. The wearer of this device functions as 1 level higher than they actually are. e.g. A 3rd level Wizard or Fighter suddenly has 4th level stats and abilities.
These devices are sold as a luxury good for around 1000 gold pieces by a company called Levelcus Partners in The Hops district of Mythburg. There are supposedly plans to create an upgraded version of this in the future. Also supposedly Levelcus can be stacked for a cumulative effect.
