“Alimir's Efreeti Bottle” is perhaps a better name for this magical item. Its abilities are exactly those noted in the DMG. However it has already been determined by rolling the percentage dice that this Efreeti does not know the Wish Spell. On its first ever use the Efreeti was summoned to do the bidding of Alimir for 1 hour, and slayed a fire elemental for him. Eventually it ended up back inside of the bottle, reset for another time.
