Lord Huacan Tang, more commonly called just “Lord Tang” for short, is a human female, 36 years of age. She is the ruler of Mythburg. Her proper title should be “Lady” but she rejects this and forces everyone to use the more commonly masculine title “Lord” instead. She rules by virtue of being devious, having excellent strategy, and generally doing anything to make the city function regardless of how much of it must be destroyed and rebuilt to achieve this goal.

• Is an investor in Scry Safety and via city contracts also counts as their biggest costumer of Scry Cameras.
• Considers herself to be plagued by The Ku, a Mythburg Vigilante bent on taking matters involving crime into their own hands, rather than by means Lord Tang prefers. A lose wildcard is not something Lord Tang approves of.
• Has installed a system of Tribunals in the various districts of Mythburg to dispense with the lesser elements of legal and justice related matters. This system works so long as the overall flow of the city remains orderly.
