 He came to the attention of [[Player Characters|The Party]] when [[Nystor|The Tavern Guy]] gossiped about Zapata and [[Skip]] supposedly doing shady things at the [[Goldvale Crematorium]] late at night. This was one of the plot hooks for what we're calling "Goldvale Phase 2." They quickly explored the crematorium to find a body on a slab with a note on it simply labeled, "Zapata".
