As the name implies they're frequently found in alleys, usually in urban areas, where they rummage through trash, might even smell like it too. They are scavengers who try to avoid notice, but at the same time might just come around and beg for coin. **They've got diminished intelligence but high wisdoms.** If their charisma is high it is because of being charmingly adorable in a pathetic homeless vibe kind of way. They tend to live in little communal clusters in the strangest places, and they are often taken advantage of.
