Caislen Campaign Notes

The Hylund Shits is characterized by stomach upset and diarrhea. It is caused by microorganisms, primarily bacteria, viruses, or parasites that contaminate local water and food supplies due to inefficient treatment standards in the Hylund region. Due to the nature of a fantasy setting, there are not many existing people who have researched or are even aware of such things as microorganisms, bacteria, viruses or parasites, and thus in the Hylund region where the local water is particularly sketchy, and used to various cooking and supposed cleaning processes, all sorts of issues tend to occur.

For the sake of this campaign, two Player Characters, specifically Jules & Walker Florida Cleric have come down with a wicked case of the Hylund Shits and could not travel with The Party at a game session on Oct 27th, 2026.
