Caislen Campaign Notes

Hylund is the name of a region to the North of Goldvale, reachable by a few days worth of travel by horse. It has a base elevation for the lowest parts of 6000 feet and the name “Hylund” is actually a variant of “Highland” because of that. It is primarily dominated by forest, but also features a couple volcanoes and some random areas.

• Hylund Forest - Where Patrick and the AAP come from. Because this forest encompasses most of the entire Hylund region, excluding places like the plateau, volcanoes and other specific features, the terms “Hylund” and “Hylund Forest” are almost used interchangeably.
• Marth Village - A tiny village where Vesper grew up and his backstory took place.
• Petteese Creek
  • Demicein Sect Fortress - A small fortress that the Demicein Sect considers their base of operations and where Sirona grew up.
  • Junk Pile
  • Ramscire - A “Super Dungeon” in the form of a suspicious fortress with fortifications that no one has ever conquered and no one is even sure who runs it.
• Misc Locations In The Region
  • Changeling Mirror Vault
  • Hayte Ridge Gap
  • Hylund Lake
