+  * **Hops Substation** is the district City Watch substation. It has a couple of guards that look like clones of [[The Cans]] guards who do the same job. In this case a Minotaur named "Beef" and a human named "Wellington" (with a lazy eye). Beef is lactose intolerant apparently.
