   * Fishpunch allowed [[Fuggut]] the troll to get away with abducting a woman from town because the troll quickly left city limits, and Fishpunch views anything outside city limits as not his law enforcement problem. It seems likely he's a little biased toward trolls in a beneficial way for their chaos since he is also a troll. A slight bit of corruption in this law enforcer.
