     * Not that the PLAYER is on the ground, just the scrunchie. Except that one time she was really drunk. Then she's prone to being on the ground. But for all intents and purposes this is about scrunchies on the ground not people.
     * The DM may be as outrageous with distance as they please for purposes of this, such as placing the user into a dressing room of a local queen or two continents away. But you know they'll generally not want to break the campaign, so there's that little limitation.
